Homes for Sale

We are continuously constructing new homes for sale in York and the North Yorkshire countryside, and list below our current range of homes, together with the respective selling agents details. All new build homes come with a 10 year NHBC Buildmark guarantee, together with the full homeowners packs offering all information as to how to operate the built in services of your new home (heating, ovens, etc.).

We only construct bespoke homes for sale, at a high level of specification and build quality, because we understand that each client is unique.

Each home, for example, has fully integrated stainless steel ovens, hobs and extractors (to outside air and not recirculating), together with fully integrated dishwashers (in houses), washer/driers (in apartments) and 50/50 fridge/freezers (in all homes). All of our homes come fully carpeted (tiles in bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms), and have tiled walls (full height to baths and shower cubicles) to bathrooms and above worktops in kitchens and utility rooms.
