The relationship with our sister company, Paul Butler Architects Ltd
has allowed the company to offer a fully integrated design and
build package or design only service, across the fields in which we have
demonstrated our success.
Directors
With over eighteen years of contract administration experience behind him, together with a HND qualification, John returned to the UK to set up his own construction company, and now has over fifty years of experience in the construction industry. Paul Butler BA (Hons) B Arch PDAP RIBA - Director In 2002, Paul joined Woods Hardwick Ltd, based in Bedford, as Associate Director in the residential consultancy department, covering multi-million pound, award-winning, residential developments across the Southeast in both the private and public housing sectors. His client base included many leading house builders such as Persimmon Homes, Bellway Homes and Taylor Woodrow, and Paul was responsible for setting up partnering agreements with Midsummer Housing Association and Aragon Housing Association. Paul joined JM Butler Builders Ltd in December 2004 with the intention of developing further the company's design and build department, encompassing his experience in the residential sector from bespoke 'one-off' designs to multi-million pound residential developments.
